It is possible to synchronize Zebra devices without a Wi-Fi connection. This is done using a direct ethernet connection.
In order to sync over ethernet, you must have a Zebra device and an ethernet cradle. If you have a cradle without an ethernet port, please contact sales to see if you can purchase an ethernet adaptor for your existing cradle.
Begin by plugging an ethernet cord into the back of your cradle. Ensure that the network does not have a firewall that will block access to InspectNTrack. If the firewall blocks the traffic, please request that the following be whitelisted: 54.39.1.205 and port 443.
Next, place the Zebra device into the cradle with the InspectNTrack app opened. Wait until you see the <-> icon appear in the upper right corner of the screen. This signifies that a network connection has been made. After the icon is present you may press the sync button on the app and the sync will process.
