There may be times when you receive and error message when using the mobile app.  These message are to advise you that something went wrong with what you were doing.

Below is a list of error messages you will see and what they mean:

The above message is advising you that you have entered your user name and or password incorrectly, be sure that your credentials are exactly as they are when you log into the website.  These field are case sensitive.

The above message is displayed when you do not have licenses available to register your device to InspectNTrack.  Each device requires a purchased license.  You can also deactivate a current license in the admin console with Admin Rights to free up already purchased licenses.
