Reporting

The reporting menu is broken down into several sections. The following summarizes the information provided in each report: What's Been Performed: History Report - Details historical inspection information, including a large selection of filter options. This report can be filtered based on: Site, Customer, Route, Zone, Equipment Type, individual Equipment record, Task or any of the Location fields [...]

The Route Task Report is useful for displaying multiple tasks chronologically for a checkpoint. The report requires at least one task to report on, but allows as many as six tasks to be included. The report includes task completion date along with pass or fail status.

The Overview of Tasks Performed is a summary report that includes Tasks performed for each month of the current year, previous year or a custom year selection. It displays a column for each month of the year to provide a full year of inspection information on a single line. Additionally, this report also displays missed inspections. [...]

The Recently Performed Tasks Report provides last done dates for one or more tasks per checkpoint in a grid style report. The Tour Report details inspection information based on the actual inspection process, allowing you to follow the moves of the field technician. The History Report is an excellent compliance reporting tool. Its filter options allow data to be exported from the system in many different ways.
