View Active User Sessions displays information about concurrent user licenses and users who are actively connected to the system.
This screen is accessed via the Admin screen at Security Settings –> View Active User Sessions.
The Concurrent User section displays:
- Purchased – this is the total number of licenses purchased and assigned to the system
- Used – total number of licenses actively being used
- Available Seats – total number of user connections available for additional users to login.
Notes: When a user logs out, the user license becomes available so another user can login. Concurrent user licenses are required to be used for login to the web portal and for synchronizing the InspectNTrack mobile app. Concurrent user licenses are not applied to regular, offline usage of the mobile app.
The lower section of this screen details the active User connections and provides the option to disconnect selected users.
