Managing Discrepancy notifications
MANAGE SCHEDULED EMAILS
- The Return Address for Scheduled Email Reports is configured in this area, altering this Return address will not update or change the information on the emails.
- Discrepancy Notifications can be send out in an email indicating that a Discrepancy is open longer than the specified period. Additionally, reminder emails can also configured until the Discrepancy is closed.
- For each of the five priority levels, select the frequency for the first email to be sent (“Immediate” is an option). Then set the frequency for subsequent emails. Define the email recipient or recipients. Consider creating an email group address for a large number of recipients. The message or body of the email also needs to be configured.
