Report Options

This screen is accessed on the Admin screen at System Configuration –> System Options. It requires administrator permissions to access.

The options on this screen determine what is printed on reports. Options are as follows:

1. Display Site Details: This will print any information included in the site setup on the header of the report. Common examples are site address, phone and/or contact.
2. Hide Executed On: When selected, this option hides the “executed on” information that prints in the header of the report.
3. Enable Discrepancy Barcode: This feature is obsolete.
4. Show Welcome Screen: This puts the system into initial setup mode to allow for the auto-creation of equipment types and tasks.
5. Disclaimer Details: Any information added to this filed will be printed on the Executive Management Report in the disclaimer box.
