The Incident & Discrepancy report can include Incidents, Discrepancies, or both. Filter options allow the report to display only open Discrepancies, closed Discrepancies, or both. Incidents are categorized on this report and filters can limit the report to only specific Incident categories or even a specific Incident. This report is great for compliance because closed Discrepancies also include the corrective action.
